The Stiga SVP 40B petrol lawn scarifier is powered by a 127cc,
Briggs & Stratton 550 Series engine and offers reliability and persistent
starting. The OHV engine is designed to produce lower emission and better fuel
consumption.If you’re working toward a beautifully conditioned lawn, a Scarifier
is a time-saving tool. With a 40cm working width, the Stiga SVP 40B uses 32
floating knives to cut away dead thatch and moss from your lawn. The knives
work from a depth of 0 to 15mm and the process is normally undertaken at the
start of the season allowing for new grass growth. Scarifying encourages a thicker
and healthier looking lawn. A 50 litre fabric bag collects the lawn debris
which can be emptied easily when needed, leaving nothing to clear up at the end
of use. The Stiga SVP 40B is fitted with high-quality ball bearing
wheels making it smoother to manoeuvre around the garden. The handles are
foldable for storage and transportation.
