The Mitox LS40 is an entry-level electric log splitter which takes the time and effort out of splitting logs by hand. Powered by a 240v, 1500w motor, the Mitox LS40 has a splitting force of 4 tonne which is sufficient for domestic tasks. Engineered with a study frame, the Mitox LS40 will split 370mm in a matter of seconds. When splitting shorter logs the ‘Quicksplit’ will automatically adjust the push block start position to a faster stroke. The robust push block shifts logs along to the fixed splitting wedge and chops them neatly in two.
