Preview messages from the app you’re in, choose to reply, or reverse the gesture to go back to what you were doing.

BlackBerry Keyboard

BBM Video with Screen Share

Camera with Time Shift Mode

Take great shots with the super-sharp 8-megapixel camera, or switch to the front-facing camera and be part of the scene. Crop, enhance, and apply artistic filters, then display your masterpiece on the big screen for all to see. Simply connect to your TV via HDMI or tap Play on to link wirelessly through DLNA.

Using the camera’s Time Shift mode lets you take a picture using an ultra-short video — capturing milliseconds before and after your photo — so you can choose the exact moment in time when your subjects look best to create the ideal shot. It lets you select different areas in the same photo, choose the best expressions and poses, and then combine them to create one great shot. Managing a busy project, or planning this weekend’s party? BlackBerry Remember combines memos, tasks and much more into a single experience. It helps you organize and manage information you have on your smartphone around projects or ideas, letting you collect content such as Web sites, e-mails, photos, documents, and other files. Then, like a to-do list, you can create tasks, assign due dates, and track your progress. You can automatically sync your Microsoft Outlook Tasks with BlackBerry Remember, or configure it with your Evernote account.

BlackBerry Balance

Use your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone for work, and access e-mail, apps, and documents without compromising your personal content. BlackBerry Balance separates personal content from corporate content, providing freedom and flexibility while satisfying the need for corporate data to be highly secure and manageable. AT&T 4G Network

What is 4G?

4G is a wireless technology term meaning “Fourth Generation.” 4G follows 3G as the latest addition to AT&T’s mobile broadband network. When combined with enhanced backhaul, 4G means faster speeds, where data transfers take less time to complete.

AT&T has upgraded the software of its nationwide mobile broadband network with HSPA+ which, with enhanced backhaul, enables speeds up to 4x faster than AT&T’s already fast mobile broadband speeds. And now, AT&T is evolving to even faster 4G speeds with the launch of AT&T’s 4G LTE technology in select markets.

Backhaul is one of the major pieces of a telecommunications network. Think of it as the limbs connecting AT&T’s cell towers with AT&T’s backbone network that provides access to the Internet.

How does AT&T 4G differ from other 4G networks?

AT&T is the only network offering two layers of 4G technology: HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul and LTE, both capable of delivering 4G speeds. Customers will have access to fast speeds as they move in and out of 4G LTE areas. Customers of competitors who do not have HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul are likely to see a steep drop-off in speeds when they move out of LTE areas.

In areas where either AT&T’s 3G or 4G network is not available, you’ll continue to receive service on the AT&T EDGE network, which offers availability in more than 13,000 US cities and along some 40,000 miles of major highways.
