Steel decked self-propelled Mountfield lawnmower with 4 in 1
cutting functions including cut & collection, rear discharge, side
discharge and mulch.The Mountfield HW531 PD 4 wheeled lawn mower has a big 21
inch cutting width and with the power drive allows the user to cover more
ground & with less effort than if using a push mower. The Mountfield ST170 OHV engine has a 166cc capacity.6 cutting height positions from 26 – 87mm adjusted via a
central lever let you pick the perfect cut for the lawn. It is recommended to
start on the highest cutting setting then work down gradually to avoid damaging
the grass and get the best cut and finish on the lawn. The 70 litre canvas
& hard top collector has an indicator to notify the user when it’s full.
Supplied as standard with the Mountfield HW 531PD is a mulch
plug. Fit the plug at the rear of the mower in the grass chute and the grass
cuttings will be mulched into fine pieces which are then blown back onto the
ground. These nutrient rich pieces are then re-absorbed through the soil for a
healthier lawn. The side discharge option is for longer grass areas where the
