Specifications:(Compared with ferric chloride)1.The solution is clear, colorless , with no dirty.2.All etching process is clearly visible,which easily reaches the highest accuracy.3.Does not produce sludge , does not bear scars dirty,clothes and floor not leave color stains .4.Weak acid , a few odorless , non-corrosive floor , increase security.Usage:1.Etching solution preparation* 1: 4 etchant to dissolve in water , which is a bag with 200g etchant 800ml water.* To ensure the effect,the temperature of the etchant is preferably at least 50 ℃,so first heated water to about 70 ℃ and then put into the etchant .* Jiggle container or stirring with a plastic rod , so that the etchant fully dissolved .2.Etching* Make circuit board (not etched) Immersed in etching solution(up the single-sided board ,vacant the double-sided board.Dont touch bottom of the plate.* Jiggle container , or brush(soft brush ) lightly on the board to ensure that the solution flow circuit board surface , visible plate surface exposed copper layer gradually dissolves to expose the basic bottom board.* When exposed copper layer disappeared completely and the base board was translucent, , the etching is completed , it takes generally 5-15 minutes.When Etching, the color of the solution changed from colorless to pale blue , and a little blue and white cry stalliz- -ed.* Wash board(has been removed)with water,and check that no Incomplete etching part then air-dried ,to the next step.* After etching,The remaining so
